Working here feels like being part of a family. There's a strong sense of community, and we're always doing team-building activities that are a lot of fun. Everyone genuinely values and respects one another, which makes coming to work enjoyable.

If I had to pick a con, I'd say communication across departments could use some improvement.

Interesting product, smart and hardworking ICs

Management is out of touch and many of them do not understand core parts of the business. Almost all teams are understaffed. The NYC office despite being a money-maker is, as another reviewer mentioned, more like a cramped call center than what you would expect of a modern, publicly-traded tech company. Morale is very low...in the last 2 years alone, I've seen a level of attrition/turnover I've never witnessed working at other companies. I don't have high hopes, and if our recent stock price is any indication, neither does the market. Will also just note that management has openly expressed nationalist/political beliefs both inside and outside office hours that have made multiple members of my team uncomfortable.
