      Pros

      nice people and work environment, good level of technical stack, good work life balance

      Cons

      after 3 rounds of layoffs, reducing of yearly bonuses, almost none employee social experience, not a lot of focus on preserving current employees.. not a fun cool hi tech company to work in.

      Pros

      Awesome product, competitive comp, large market and good internal culture with solid middle leadership.

      Cons

      Top leadership can sometimes be seen as reactionary and removed from the market and customers. They are great with product but not necessarily with GTM or investing in growth broadly.
