The product seems pretty solid. Met a lot of good people. Some are still there but most of them left.
Cons
Fake positive reviews are way too consistent. When you look at the amount of positive reviews vs negative, there is an obvious trend. Similarweb needs to ask themselves if it's worth it to attack the people who have written honest feedback. These people are just speaking their mind about the company. This is why Glassdoor exists, to help employees and former employees provide valuable feedback to assist fellow job seekers. It is a beautiful platform to give HONEST feedback. Lack of communication at this company is extreme. If they don't view you as a trained dog, who will heel at every command, then you will be dismissed. The culture here is one that is based on fear and loyalty. Work life balance is non existent. Bandwidth is thin. Fire you if you question anything, even if you're doing a great job.
