Pros

The product is somewhat solid. It does a good job at a number of things... When it works. But that's not a good reason to work there I assure you.

Cons

You will be lied to. Not just false promises but literal, onerous and dangerous lies to get you to work hard only to have your best efforts squandered. You will do busy work. Log everything three times. Salesforce requests and emails and Google docs and if they aren't all updated a dozen times a day the hammer comes down. You will be belittled. You will have multiple pipeline meetings and challenges to your work, every single week, all aimed at tearing you down and making you feel small. Push back, and they come down twice as hard or fire the lot of you. You will be forgotten. One office was opened and left with no working conference room phones or office furniture for months. This happened in a European office in the past as well so it's not a one off, it's a trend. Spend nothing on people and expect great results. It makes no logical sense. You will be silenced. I don't mean dissent or anger... I mean your knowledge and experience will be held against you, treated as a shortcoming rather than an asset. You will be expected to do things their way and forget everything you've learned elsewhere. You will fail. And you will take the fall. When you inevitably fail to hit the moving target quotas because your best accounts are taken away from you and you are forced to spend 6 hours or more each day on busy work, you will be blamed. They will make it so hard to do all the added work that you can't possibly succeed so that when you fail they can blame you for not working hard enough. You will be mocked. Recent positive glass door reviews are being questioned for their legitimacy, especially because they come out and attack the sales people who were let go (in spite of leading the U.S. in New business generation) as the cause of the issues. Don't believe a word of it. The numbers don't lie. Revenues were projecting to FLATTEN GLOBALLY, across every department... Not just the ones that were punished.

Pros

Awesome product, competitive comp, large market and good internal culture with solid middle leadership.

Cons

Top leadership can sometimes be seen as reactionary and removed from the market and customers. They are great with product but not necessarily with GTM or investing in growth broadly.
