Pros

Some Travel I guess? But Still not worth the cons!

Cons

Simigon was a catastrophic case study in corporate mismanagement, marked by a profound absence of effective leadership and organization. The company’s woes stemmed from its glaring failures on multiple fronts, leaving a trail of disgruntled employees and investors in its wake. At the heart of Simigon’s downfall was its woefully inept leadership. The CEO, widely regarded as a total idiot by both insiders and industry observers, demonstrated a staggering lack of strategic vision and managerial competence. His erratic decision-making and inability to grasp the complexities of the business landscape only exacerbated the company's problems. Adding insult to injury, Simigon routinely failed to pay its employees, betraying a shocking disregard for basic corporate responsibilities. This not only eroded morale within the workforce but also fueled a sense of mistrust and disillusionment among stakeholders. The company’s organizational structure was equally chaotic, with departments operating in silos and communication channels marred by dysfunction. This lack of cohesion hindered productivity and stifled innovation, further contributing to Simigon's downward spiral. In the end, Simigon’s demise serves as a cautionary tale about the perils of poor leadership, organizational dysfunction, and a culture of neglect. It underscores the importance of effective governance and ethical stewardship in safeguarding the interests of employees, investors, and the broader business community.

Pros

I really enjoy working at SimiGon! My coworkers are very friendly and upper management is pretty direct with what they expect. You are given plenty of freedom and are not micro managed. The company is heading in the right direction, which is exciting. I am definitely comfortable in the office and I can't wait to see what the future brings!

Cons

The office can seem small at times as coworkers travel.

Pros

There’s no any pros, it’s just a mess

Cons

Well, at first it’s not a real U.S. company. They just use physical address to make it seem like it is. The true is - it’s a company of the country in the Middle East. And you will get people to work with who is thinking and behaving totally different than American people does. You will be treated disrespectful, will hear an inappropriate jokes , will feel like you always is in very low level than they are(workers from the other country). They make this line between them and you very obvious and you will always feel that you are on that very low level. The person who represents the management of that part company(other country) is acting, thinking like he is a God but all others(from US part) are just slaves and empty heads. He is giving stupid nicknames to US developers showing his disrespect to them. There’s no any team work exist. There’s no any opportunity to learn new tools and technology. They use ancient software which is buggy, glitchy and useless. They don’t use any modern tools for development and testing and not even planning to do that. There’s no any training for that glitchy old software they use. They not interested in to invest any time or effort to show you how this ancient software works. And they don’t have any excitement if you ask them to show how to work with it. There’s no any planning and strategy for whole development process. They send you a laptop for work which is never work and barely can handle browser loading. And they don’t care how you can perform your work with an equipment like that. It’s your problem. I heard a lot of complaints from team members about unlicensed products they use for work, so I assume they don’t care to buy it. It’s just a whole mess. So there’s no any opportunity to learn, grow and improve your skills in IT. Most of the people who work from US side are great and professionals. They hired amazing management team for US side which was doing great job and brought a different perspective for healthy corporate culture for the company. But after one year they were all laid off because of bad CEO management. After that the company is barely making any progress and profit. They struggle to pay salaries on time to US employees. They delayed on months reimburse you anything after you spend your own money for corporate purposes. The employees are not able to log in to the payroll account of the company because(as I assume) they don’t pay for it to save some money. So if you need an access, for example, to your paystubs-forget about it. When the person from other country of the team is getting PTO for 3-4 weeks - they will approve it and will pay for that. If the person from US part of the company will ask 7 days PTO after one year working- they will approve it. At your first day of PTO, planned vacation, being at the airport you will receive a call from general manager at 5AM about you are laid off from this moment. They will make you feel as much as possible miserable and show their disrespect to you by doing things like that. They have a declared company culture but it’s not working. It’s just a words on the papers. Run away and don’t waste your time on them. I would not recommend even applying to their positions, you will save your time and mental health.
