I am surprised, there are many positive reviews about Simeio. The marketing team along with the executives might be working hard to post all these damn good reviews. Simeio, you have scored your first point here. You have the best marketing team. If the flexibility to work from home is considered as a perk in today's world, yeah definitely Simeio scores here. A second point here. I am so sorry, I cant give you any more bonus points.

- Work Culture. I am a strong believer of the fact, work culture should be established by the top management and it should be inculcated in everyone. As a matter of fact, the work culture in the company defines how good the management is. Simeio completely lacks a good work culture. - Perks - I haven't heard/seen of such a word in my offer letter or in my entire tenure at Simeio. No dental, vision or for that matter no insurance coverage - you are on your own. You are expected to work from your home office but not entitled to any reimbursements for that. How sad? - Salary: The salary is definitely not top notch. Its mediocre. There are companies of similar size with better benefits. - Stock options - What are they? Are the employees allowed to have any stocks? I really don't see a point when the company expects someone to work their best and don't provide any stocks - I don't see a reason to clock more than 8 hours a day. - Management - The management plausibly is looking at their ledgers and keeps ignoring the voice of their employees . Of course, there are one or two good executives who are consistently pushed back by others when they speak for their employees. Career: I am still an amateur in the IT industry. In my previous company, in 4 years I got two promotions and I have taken additional responsibilities . In Simeio, the management claims ,the hierarchy is flat , but definitely its not. I was with simeio for a considerable amount of time and no one in the management bothers about talking about career progression. Company Motto: "You work hard, We play harder"
