      Employees can enjoyes various numbers of benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Staff KPI rating based on belt curves as many company dont really practise this term.Many hassels and trouble to get sort out this.Many staff not really happy to work with this organisation expect enjoying their benefits and compensation.
