    Pros

Industry wide experience with lots of opportunity for learning and personal growth. Great benefits and allows for transfers within the Group.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Sime Darby full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Pros are you have a job but, you will be reminded that you are lucky to have a job

    Cons

If you want to work in an environment that is very negative, morale is low, employees hate management nor trust management, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is tense. There is no communication from management and everything is secretive. Everyone just waits for what is going to happen to us next. The company does not care about the employees nor asks for any feedback. There is an open door policy which is a joke. You can go in and talk to a manager and they will smile and say thank you much. FAKE. The very sad part is the company cannot understand why morale is so low. Management only cares about their bottom line, not ours.
