Like any growing company, it can get busy at times, but leadership is transparent and receptive to feedback.

My years at Simcona have been wonderful. They provide a family first atmosphere and can be flexible to their employees. They offer family activities throughout the year. Benefits are good. Management is positive and approachable. I always speak highly of Simcona when talking to friends, family, and strangers. Working here has been a great experience for me and my family.

Not really a con but a 4 day work week would be nice.
