Pros

Wish I could give it a zero. Absolutely nothing. Run by a bunch of power hungry, sad loser bullies with no life.

Cons

Unprofessional, management staff don't know what they're doing, don't take issues seriously, racism and sexism in the workplace, no training on heavy duty machinery, favouritism, low pay, competitive atmosphere, everyone stepping on each others toes, low morale, noone supports each other, all out for themselves. No progression. Will try and take advantage of you as much as possible. I got really ill working here.

Pros

Monday-Friday no weekend work. sick pay. Health benifits. Generally a good place to work small supportive teams. Can go to my manager about most things, physical health, mental health, work and skills They have different mental health initiatives, charity days now and then that are run by team members.

Cons

Did have a large redundancy because the comany tried to grow too fast and the work didn't match it Can be a stressful environment from time to time not the best with communication from upper management - seem to change their minds a lot about decisions that can worry people including supervisors It is unclear how secure our jobs are due to the large redundancies and continued redundancies in the wider company Some people can be difficult to work with/not very kind or supportive but overall it's not too bad msot people are nice and friendly

Pros

Interesting work very unique, can be very interesting

Cons

No orders coming in over 3 months, work had to be borrowed from a sister company that wasn't sustainable. After being gaslit for months with people starting to worry about the lack of work, a full team meeting was held where Managers and American managers ambushed us with the statement that 18 people (out of about 45) were to be made redundant effective immediately. Avoid simbodies at all costs, I would be shocked if the business lasted another 2 months. About 1 manager to 2 staff. No management was included in the 18. They sacrificed loyal team members so they could keep their 40k wage and self inflicted "titles" that serve no purpose in the business.
