The current team in place is top shelf, easy going and happy to help. The company is small ( 4 full time members ), so you get to wear a lot of hats and have a lot of involvement with each facet of a project which is cool. I wouldn't recommend this company to a junior developer / designer at the moment. As the team is so small, an excessive amount of training and testing just isn't possible when things get really busy.
