      Pros

      If you know what you are doing you should be fine, you can work from home and do your job at half of the day and other half of the day will be yours.

      Cons

      - They dont know anthing about workflows or what will be needed for the project, especially UE4-5 - Payment is low - They dont care about their seniors or people who have knowledge. - Management is always lying about they dont have the money and giving less salary then average.
