      Pros

      Great management, starting with the HR Director. They really care about people and put their needs first, both employees and residents. Just knowing your have the support of administration makes going to work much easier and worthwhile.

      None that I can think of.

      -flexible schedule -management is awesome -benefits are great -atmosphere I never want to leave best place to work
