Pros

Great place to Learn in entry level and managerial level roles Great place to learn and understand the Ad-tech industry I learned a lot during my initial days. The CEO provided numerous learning opportunities, which I will always cherish. These experiences helped me grow professionally and acquire valuable skills. They have a lot of industry veterans to learn from (Although not fully utilized from core management) You get 360 degrees view of Gurgaon. Your office insta stories and snaps will be beautiful to make your friends jealous. Every quarter you get to attend an office party with booze.

Cons

There is an earlier review on my behalf , but that’s not me. But here is my review- the core culture of the company is tough to survive by employees in senior and leadership roles. (That’s why they have a great portfolio of ex-employees) ;) During my notice period, one of the co-founders proudly mentioned, "I have a habit of changing the core team with important roles every 3 years," which I found ironic and concerning. This reflects a lack of trust, and deep-rooted cultural issue which needs to be addressed. The company constantly hire but struggle to attract new talent in senior roles, often rehiring former employees for such positions. Leadership lacks strong, independent individuals in key and sensitive roles Those who become stronger either leave on their own or are subtly pushed out due to internal politics. some of the core leadership is insecure and they relies heavily on flattery. You don't realize or face such issues until you get into leadership roles. In my case, as I said it was all good until I was learning and performing, but the problem occurred when I started getting little attention internally and externally , which didn’t go well with the oldies in the room, and they initiated politics (malicious and insensitive Rumours) against me. However, the CEO trusted them eventually changing his perspective towards me for important decisions. There’s a fatigue with key senior employees in leadership who start becoming stronger in their roles. (except a few who have started their career here and will retire from here) ;)

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your concern and would like to state a few points: 1) We believe in letting our work speak for itself and refrain from engaging in personal attacks. We have built a space where learning and growth are open to all, and we have seen positive outcomes within our teams. Silverpush has always promoted the core value of learning on the job and has provided opportunities to many professionals, both from ad-tech and other fields. We remain committed to this core value and are always happy to welcome back employees who have been part of our growth journey and are keen on contributing further. Sometimes, a moment of self-introspection can provide valuable insights. 2) Regarding the settlement of employee final dues, we deeply appreciate their contributions and are more than happy to process payments within the stipulated time, provided there is adherence to the terms of the signed employment agreements. It is crucial to consider all perspectives in such situations. These are mutually agreed terms, which, when breached (include non-compete, anti-solicitation, and non-disparagement clauses (including spreading false information to clients) demands an action. 3) While we do hire individuals who have worked with competitors, we always verify whether they are subject to any non-compete agreements. None of the employees we hired were bound by such agreements at the time of their hiring. We take legal and ethical considerations very seriously and expect the same from our employees upon their exit. We will continue to consider all feedback and look into matters that are important for the company's growth and the betterment of our employees. Silverpush has a long way to go, and we are committed to making this journey better.

Pros

Not one that i can think of!

Cons

Where do I start! 1. Extremely lopsided and partial - if you are one of the 4 legs of the table , you might be able to survive else consider it will be a short stint regardless. Check the history , you will know . 2 . Supremely Micromanaged - Where did you go? Why dint you tell ? Pen down the updates, mark the calender, i should be aware . lol. Put a camera on the head ! 3. Create a random reason to pull of personal vendettas. 4. Partial allocation when it comes to finances - no reimbursements / no parking 5 . HR is a joke - totally Spineless and pointless. 6. Leadership- Gandhijis 3 monkeys .
