Pros

I’ve been with Silverfort for almost 3 years now, and it is easily one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. It all starts with the basics: the culture here is fantastic. From leadership down, the company truly goes above and beyond to ensure employees are happy, supported, and fulfilled. They genuinely care about your professional growth, work-life balance, and overall well-being. This is clearly reflected in initiatives like our quarterly "Recharge Days" (where the whole company shuts down to rest) and weekly "Focus Days" (no-meeting days designed for deep work). Silverfort makes sure every single employee has the tools and resources they need to succeed. Beyond the great perks, what truly sets Silverfort apart is the sense of belonging. Management is highly transparent; they don't throw reckless parties or overspend when it doesn't make financial sense, but they always go the extra mile to celebrate our wins when we are doing well. There is a strong emphasis on shared success and clear communication. You always know where the company stands, making you feel like a valued partner as we continue to grow and win together.

Cons

I don't have any specific or unique cons to share about Silverfort. Like at any company, team dynamics can vary slightly with new hires, and salaries can always improve, but there are no systemic issues or major red flags here. I am highly satisfied with my experience across the board.

Pros

* Innovative technology with a compelling market opportunity * Talented, ambitious employees who genuinely care about the company’s success * Strong leadership communication from the CEO and a clear company vision * Collaborative and energetic culture, particularly within the Tel Aviv headquarters * Opportunity to learn quickly and work with smart people in a fast-growing cybersecurity company

Cons

* Significant gap between the company’s messaging around trust, empowerment, and empathy and the experience on some teams * Management quality varies dramatically depending on who you report to * Some teams operate in a low-trust environment characterized by extensive task tracking, detailed sprint management, frequent status reviews, and continual scrutiny of deliverables * Employees are often expected to prove themselves repeatedly rather than being trusted to do the jobs they were hired to do * Employee departures can feel abrupt and opaque, creating uncertainty for those who remain * Remote employees may struggle with isolation and limited access to real-time collaboration
