      Cons

      Fast to hire and fast to fire. The company faces high client and employee churn which makes you constantly afraid for your job if you're not a "top performer", leaving no time or ability to get to know your clients or coworkers. The SEO department as a whole is not a good place to be. Everything is so scattered and the expectations are unrealistic. There's little to no communication between departments. Also, it's very little actual SEO. Mostly, you're an SEO consultant that manages client relations, but you're somehow also responsible for site performance even though you can't implement anything on-site yourself.

      Pros

      A very supportive environment for fine-tuning your marketing skills. Growth has been calculated and, most importantly, not rushed, which helps a ton with ensuring employees aren't overloaded with work. Remote flexibility and genuinely great people. Diverse clients (all have been great), which allows you to understand the nuances of a variety of industries.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but there are high standards to get yourself up to speed with executing at the level of detail they pride themselves on. If you're up for growing and becoming better at what you do, this is a great place to do it. Quick reiteration that you have support to get you there!
