Pros

A very supportive environment for fine-tuning your marketing skills. Growth has been calculated and, most importantly, not rushed, which helps a ton with ensuring employees aren't overloaded with work. Remote flexibility and genuinely great people. Diverse clients (all have been great), which allows you to understand the nuances of a variety of industries.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but there are high standards to get yourself up to speed with executing at the level of detail they pride themselves on. If you're up for growing and becoming better at what you do, this is a great place to do it. Quick reiteration that you have support to get you there!

Pros

I felt compelled to write a review after noticing some recent negative reviews for Silverback. Honestly, I don't get it. Silverback is an excellent place to work, especially if you've been around the block in the agency game and know how bad it can be in other environments. No, Silverback isn't a perfect workplace (I don't think the perfect workplace actually exists...) and there are stressful days & some demanding clients. However, these cons are massively outweighed by the pros of: -great comp, especially for a company this size -super flexible working options, fully remote but with an emphasis on flexibility and "making work work for you" -amazing, talented coworkers -tons of opportunities to drive direct impact -quick to promote if you're hungry and perform well

Cons

Mainly just what I mentioned above.... -there can occasionally be "fires" which is stressful -some clients are overly demanding proportionate to what they're spending with the company -processes can change quickly which can be somewhat tough to keep up with, although in my experience this is true of all agencies big or small
