Cons
1. You have to clock out to go get water, go to the bathroom, anything that doesn't involve you staying on the phone so you can imagine, trying to hold your pee while trying to make sales because if you clock out too long you'll have to take a shorter lunch just to leave work on time. 2. They claim to have a flex schedule...WHAT A JOKE.....after breaks and lunch you have about 30 minutes of flex time during the week. 3. They let incompetent childish individuals lead teams 4. It is like being in middle school, if you aren't in the right clique don't even make yourself comfortable, you wont last long. 5. Supposed to make commission but they literally make up reasons to fail your calls so you don't get your commission, basically you would make more money working 32 hours a week at Mcdonalds. 6. Aparently it's"illegal" to have your phone on in the building which is a major lie. For those of us with children that have emergengies this is an issue and calling the office is an even bigger joke because you can never get through.
