      Flexible hours / days, good ethics and people management, both crew and office teams have development plans and opportunity to grow for those who want this. No pressure for those who don't. Pay above the average.

      Cons

      Hours can be long (but you choose hours). Busy and fast paced - won't be for everything but I like the pace.
