- Clueless senior leadership (Fired the only good talent they had, everyone else who could; left.) - American company bought Cygilant and completely gutted it, now its a shell of it's former self - Company is on borrowed time - Salary isn't good for the work you do - CEO could be a myth, never had contact with him (Not even company wide comms)
