Freedom for setting hours (to a point)

AGM Nicolr very clearly looks down on drivers and is frequently rude to drivers in her interaction to the point of making people want to leave the company. She contributes to a toxic company culture and requires 1099 employees set a schedule a week in advance rather than being able to operate as true 1099 employees. Dispatchers are frequently snappy and rude as well.
