There is potential to make some money and you bond with your coworkers a lot
Cons
They lie to and mislead prospective employees about what the job entails and how easy it is to make money. It is a door to door job, and it is very difficult to make money. You have to lie to customers in order to get them to sign up. And then you don’t get paid until they decide to install, which could be weeks out. And you have to sell A LOT to make good money. You’re also working about 60 hours a week on commission only and encouraged to stay even later if you don’t meet their expectations. There is no work-life balance and you are made to feel bad if you try to have one. The company is also part of an MLM.
