      Pros

      The group at SilverCloud is great. Starting my first day as an intern they had me get hands on with an active project immediately. It has been a great experience so far.

      Cons

      I can't think of any off the top of my head. If you're trying to learn the M&A process, this is a good place to do it.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is extremely fun and friendly. There is no micro management which makes the job extremely flexible. The hours are up to you for the most part. The amount of real life experience gained is unreal.

      Cons

      It is unpaid but the experience and is awesome and you also get really good recommendations from the owners.
