I have a great manager who challenges and supports me. I feel that the mission is central to the work. We work with mission-driven customers, and we're focused on meeting their needs. Flexible work, lots of systems in place to support work-life balance. It's fun to work with people from all over the country and the world.

There are always growing pains at the stage where a small company is becoming a medium one. Every now and then there's a big mess to clean up, but people take care of it constructively without throwing each other under the bus.
