Friendly workers, nice environment, Good leader(Only few of them)
Cons
Low salary, Bad management, always give very short schedule to finish our project(with very High QUALITY) . No enough resources but still force to run multiple project. The BIG GUY always dreaming to become 'Malaysia Disney'. But failed everytime.
