We hate to hear your experience with the company was negative. The company has experienced a tremendous amount of growth and with growth comes triumphs and pains. As a result of the growth a new accounting software was implemented for the A/P process. During the implementation and training period there was a minor delay with payment of invoices. The problem quickly resolved itself. Compensation is addressed and adjusted annually or as needed (promotions). Our engineering team is paid competitively: wages + OT + shared savings bonuses + scorecard bonuses . Both bonuses are paid quarterly and above industry standard. Day porters are used to provide janitorial services for our tenants and buildings. . The company does hold the employees to performance metrics as an accountability tool. Often time employees that are under performing or are not familiar with a culture of accountability can confuse accountability with micromanagement. The company welcomes the opportunity to address the frustrations you experienced while employed with the company.
