      Junior staff are pleasant and passionate

      Cons

      Sales and marketing dont talk and if you come from a blue chip background, expect a lot of 'we don't do it like that around here' Research who holds the various directorships and check them out on linkedin; it will reveal a lot; very old school setup with board members that don't align and give mixed messages.
