      The leadership is lacking morals, character and ethics. They're chasing billing hours first, quality is secondary and they are not to be believed.

      - Smart people, impressive leadership, collaborative and supportive culture - Lots of opportunity for growth - Projects are transformational to companies, not just deck writing - As one client said, McKinsey quality consulting with even better outcomes because we actually implement our work

      - High intensity projects with high quality expectations - Many clients forget we are not their employees (and several have hired our colleagues away!)
