Pros
The pay is good, good location, subsidized lunch, access to pantry full of healthy snacks & drinks.
Cons
Most directors are very unapproachable. Hours are 8 to 6 and do not promote for a work/life balance. If you don't stay late you are looked at poorly. There is no focus on teaching or mentoring, either learn it yourself or get let go. If you are an introvert, this isn't the place for you.
