It is a laid back work environment

It can be slow some days

Easy job theoretically. Store owner/management make it ridiculously complicated. Crazy favoritism and lack of direction make this place hard to deal with. It's a sandwich shop guys.

Owner does not care about his business. Too many "managers", lack of a competent GM as well as crew & faulty equipment. A change in management has recently occurred and interviews have been conducted to replace her, no decision yet. It's very overwhelming to walk into a shop and do your job when everything is being twisted to benefit only a certain few. This includes threats of termination, not working with employees to properly set a schedule, not reprimanding employees who need it or reprimanding the wrong ones. The owner has been contacted many times by different employees and no real response or solution has been proposed. Employee files are missing or uncompleted.
