Pros

Silver Fox is a place where employee development is very important. Employees and management are both very interested in creating an environment of ownership. We work in a field with many different and challenging creative and growth opportunities. Being a smaller company, if you take time to develop unique skills or a new program, it takes very little time for you to become the authority in the company on that subject.

Cons

It can be frustrating trying to understand management’s vision with a lack of transparency about foresight for the future Often times, you may be expected to perform at a higher level before getting compensation for that position. Work can be stressful, and Silver Fox's position as a service based company makes it so that you have to work with difficult clients frequently.

Pros

Worked 8 years as a Presentation Designer and have always been happy with the company. Management was very understanding when I needed. The work is fun, has a good pace, and it is not stressful. Good benefits, plenty of vacation. Very flexible, very good life work balance.

Cons

I am afraid there won't be much traveling to support events in person anymore, which was a very fun and attractive part of working at Silver Fox.

Pros

We are committed to employee development. Creating many programs internally to bring out the best in our employees, both creatively and technically. We have a variety of opportunities for our employees to grow and are continually working to create more every day. We are a team and are always willing to help each other. So much so, that even when an employee is working on a project as an individual, they still feel there is a team behind them to call on at any time. We have created amazing relationships with our clients and are building that client base 24/7.

Cons

In the VERY busy times, work and life balance is a struggle and it could take time to develop the skills to pull through, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
