Pros
First job I have ever had starting as soon as I was old enough to work. Still working here 5 years later even with seasons off and calling to come back just to help even for a day. Owner is so supportive and respectful, and it feels like a family to be a part of it all. Prioritizes employees being welcoming to new ones and helping each other is emphasized and productions and events feel like true teamwork and accomplishment and it’s made clear. Hope to never leave, great job to grow with and teach you.

Seasons don’t last long enough to work during. Wish there was more time to be there.
