Smoke and mirrors - Anonymous employee Silver Agency Employee Review

As the review that gives 5 stars shows (probably written by management) there is a complete disparity between management and staff. No one that voluntarily leaves and says they missed it would have left the company if it was that good. There are the top level management team that run the place like a sweat shop and do not consult staff on things. I saw many staff join and get fired in quick succession as they would try to influence change but that was not wanted by management. So they got rid. There's a lack of career progression and opportunities unless you become a 'yes' person. Something that I wasn't ready to do so left.
