      -Friendly coworkers -Flexibility but maybe that's a bad thing since most of the products suck

      -Below market pay -Poor management with bad communication -No transparency from management -Terrible benefits -No culture -No Structure -No processes for many things -Too many products that do not sell

      Pros

      Excellent place to learn how software survives without active development. Engineers gain rapid experience in being resource-optimized. Meetings are plentiful; outcomes optional. Ideal if you enjoy watching institutional knowledge evaporate in real time.

      Cons

      This was never a strong engineering company - just one that burned through people while coasting on aging products. Engineers are treated as disposable, real contributors are pushed out, and institutional knowledge is routinely discarded. What’s left is process, confusion, and churn instead of technical direction. Customers looking for stability, innovation, or long-term support should be cautious and look elsewhere.
