      Provided stable income plus bonus, flexible schedule, amazing benefits and gave me financial freedom if I managed my money effectively.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
