      Pros

      - Really stable job, company have never retrench anyone for past 15 years in Singapore. - Relatively lower stress level than other semicon company

      Cons

      - Slow progression, expect 3% annual increment only - Canteen food is tasteless - Company don't have welfare programs other than work.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
