Pros
Very systematic company, good team work. Management pay focus on detail, and set high expectations on individual. good for learning.
Cons
Quality head of department is someone who don't respect employee. Very old style management, think she is the king, not open minded. Career advancement is only for several person who being identified at very earlier days of ur job there. If u are not the identified talent they will purposely give lower appraiser to fill the bell curve
