      Work life balance, but at times not balance due to head count freeze and low manpower. Pays on time.

      A senior worker can have a pay comparable to a fresh grad at some point in the career path.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
