      Good incentives and bonus Get to interact with people from all walks of life

      Cons

      Mostly turnarounds flights which make you super exhausted after every single flight Always lack of crew, because of high turnover rate Hierarchy is a big thing Senior crews who would just love to find fault on the Junior crew

      The culture seems to be quite heavily based on seniority, and there appears to be limited encouragement for independent views or new ideas, which can create a sense of constraint.
