      Pros

      The people that work at Silgan are GREAT! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Some of the best I have worked with!

      Cons

      Constant shift in company direction and a lack of focus. Upper management changed three times in 5 years. Health benefits were quite costly and the coverage was not the best. The company did not realize the value of simple things that would make employees more content with their positions.

      Stable job 👍 Free entertainment watching a clown show everyday 🤡 Work hard to make sure corporate executives can get their quarterly bonus 💰 Feeling appreciated by the company! ($2 temu cup)

      Executive leadership squeezes every last cent out of the entire chain of workers. 💸 Absolutely no fun allowed 🚫 Silgan (SLGN) pays out your non existent-bonuses and raises in the form of dividends to the all holy stockholders 🤡
