No direction - CNC Machinist Silfex Employee Review

Management is outa touch. No communication from Managers on anything. Critical issuesand machisnist requests and ideas are not addressed. There is a ton of improvement and streamlining that can be done but no one to do it. Almost no one that's been there less than 10 years has PTO during to covering unpaid time. Eliminate HR. Don't follow their own rules.9
