Pros
Insurance benefits are very good. The way the schedule works is favorable for some people, you work 4 days one week and 3 days the next. They are 12 hour shifts. A simple example of this schedule is ( week 1) work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday, Saturday, Sunday (week 2) off Monday, Tuesday, work Wednesday, Thursday, off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Climate controlled environment.
Cons
This company is a true example of how growth and corporate mindset can ruin a great business. They promise opportunity and movement in pay but are not able to fulfill their promises. The way that their performance based raise system works is, each department is given a total dollar amount that they are allowed to distribute amongst the employees in that department. The managers of the department are required to distribute the dollar amount by performance percentage to each individual employee. The total dollar value of the increase is based off of the employee’s salary. If an employee has a higher base salary than another that employee can get a lower performance percentage and still get a higher raise than an employee who works harder and gets a higher performance percentage. With that being said make sure that you get hired at a wage that you are happy with rather than the false pretenses that you will move up quickly, it’s a lie. Every part of upper management has quit over the last 2 years and since the exodus of core directors that helped keep the core values of the company great, the place has quickly spiraled out of control! Apply at your own risk! Your mental health is not important to these people. Use this place as a stepping stone to get to a better place!
