      Exciting industry, Creating something from nothing that the whole world demands is rewarding in itself.

      Cons

      Lack of a training plan. Putting words on paper with check boxes mean nothing if you are not trained hands on thouroghly. "check this sign that". High demand for the products causes new employees to be thrown into their jobs without proper skill or training. Trial by fire sorta thing.
