Pros
Strong community atmosphere and free food sometimes. Strong employee support
Cons
It is a door to door MLM based on commission. You harass people at their homes and told to ignore them if they say no. Told to ignore "No Soliciting" signs. The sales pitch is to lie about new construction in the area as an AT&T employee and then make the sale. The accounts you manage are not really "accounts" you are getting people to switch from their current ISP, upgrade to fiber or other AT&T products. The people you visit did not ask to be visited nor have an interest in being visited. You dress up in business professional attire at the office, which is really a feel good exercise in professionalism. After the morning cheer, you change into environmentally appropriate clothing. Then, you get into your own car, drive to a neighborhood, and knock door to door while interrupting people during work. This is not account managing it is door to door sales. Hour is 9:45-7, so once you are done harassing them during work, you can harass them during dinner and family time. The indeed job listing is a lie and they have removed it. There is no HR person to route document through it is all routed through Julian and 3rd party websites. Information is purposely obscure, and numbers are presented constantly to entice you. They have a strong relationship with/ Newberg Excel, and if you look into them, they are a shady company.
