Pros
The people (minus leadership). Everyone has a good time together. Slurpee machine! This is a good industry for those involved in the gun world. You have to love guns to put up with the other crap.
Cons
Executive leadership is horrible! Some have no idea what they are doing, the president will fire you just because he heard a rumor about you (without even checking it out). They claim to be a "family" yet they have no sense of what that means.
