Currently, our cost-sharing percentage—what employees contribute versus what the company covers—is at or below market standards.
We offer three distinct medical plan options; each designed with benefits to meet a variety of employee needs. Our Total Rewards team continuously analyzes claims data and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities to improve plan design and manage rising healthcare costs. In fact, the majority of annual cost increase es are absorbed by the company to help lessen the impact on our employees.
