Pros
Benefits are great nowadays. PTO is very flexible and we’re told to take a minimum of 4 weeks off. This absolutely helps motivate staff.
Cons
Expectations for quality of service are high but some core processes in place are very, very clunky still. Making delivery of those expectations unduly difficult.
