Loveliest group of young creative people I’ve ever worked with, hard working, caring, couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with everyday. However I doubt anyone will be left after the way the company has treated all of its employees.

Terrible salary, no room for progression or promotion. Management don’t have a clue what’s going on or how colleagues are feeling about the company. Managers lie about workload and take credit for there teams work, ideas and designs to make themselves look competent at their job, when in true fact they sit and do nothing. The company has gone through the redundancy period and unfairly selected people to lose there jobs, when family & friends of the company who “work” there have kept their jobs. How the business intends to continue I really don’t know.

Didnt get chance too experience. They honoured a payment to support me never starting

Sold me the dream of a role, expressed their plans and how i would fit into them. Retracted their offer on my last day in my other role which left me without a role right before christmas. I thank for the payment, but i think any business who does that to someone with family etc... isn't a company that should preach about their values in an interview and not honour them.
