      Pros

      Salary was reasonable for the area Reasonable hours work/life balance Nice co-workers New office is nice and pretty easy to get to off the highway.

      Cons

      Management is not the best. Commission structure changes a lot. Micro managed Expects a lot of travel which can make it harder to have work life balance

      Very understanding, gives second chances, the pay is top dollar with no surprises, great supervisor and bosses.

      No cons, you work you get paid you enjoy the extra benefits

      Pay was good but that’s the only pro I found

      Cons

      The workers are lazy, scrolling on amazon all day, the management is horrible and does nothing to improve the worker’s experience. The training needs TONS of work.
