Company lies to sales recruits about average potential income..Signs are Way Over Priced, 1 Day Close required, No Call Backs allowed, No Business Cards allowed, many Misrepresentations in its Sales Presentation, Way Over Charges for its Sign Lease Program, Unethical Business Practices, Unrealistic Sales Goals, often Breaches Employment Agreement, High Pressure Sales Tactics, often times Poor Customer Service.

Pros

Independence, good commissions, top of the line products, very knowledgeable hands-off management, large target market

Cons

Every business already has a sign however if you are a good one call close professional you should do very well. It is constant cold calling with zero residual commissions. There could be repeat sales in 6 years or so.
